These shrimp need to walk on land to avoid the swift currents. It is an amazing natural phenomenon. And it's spectacularly beautiful and very admirable. This phenomenon can be found during the night.
From the research, it was found that prawns marching at Kaeng Lamduan were a type of “hairy prawns”, prawns walking upstream to head to the source area of the Lamduan River that was fertile. and have to overcome many obstacles on the way for the survival of the species
For this mission, the secrets of nature are still waiting for us to find out. As for which night these shrimp come to walk more or less, it depends on natural factors, seasons and the amount of rain that falls in the Lam Dome Yai headwaters. If the amount of rain is high, the current is strong. will find a large number of shrimp marching
If the amount of rain is less, the current is not strong. The shrimp will come up and walk less or not come up and walk at all. Therefore, it is a rare natural phenomenon. It's truly natural. So it's amazing.
