แอปนี้ให้คำแนะนำการออกกำลังกายทั่วไปเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัยหรือการรักษาทางการแพทย์ โปรดปรึกษาแพทย์หรือนักกายภาพบำบัดหากมีอาการรุนแรงหรือมีโรคประจำตัว

1. ข้อมูลที่แอปใช้

แอปขอให้ท่านกรอก ชื่อ-สกุล อายุ เพศ และการมีโรคประจำตัว เพื่อใช้แสดงผลและคัดกรองคำแนะนำที่เหมาะสมเท่านั้น

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกใช้งาน ภายในเครื่องของท่านเท่านั้น (on-device)
แอป ไม่ส่ง ข้อมูลนี้ออกไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ใด ๆ และ ไม่จัดเก็บถาวร เมื่อปิดแอปข้อมูลจะถูกล้าง
แอป ไม่มี ระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้ ไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง ไม่เข้าถึงรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ กล้อง หรือไมโครโฟน

2. วิดีโอจาก YouTube

คำแนะนำแต่ละท่ามีวิดีโอประกอบซึ่งฝังมาจาก YouTube เมื่อท่านเปิดเล่นวิดีโอ Google/YouTube อาจเก็บข้อมูล การใช้งานตามนโยบายของ Google เอง โปรดดู policies.google.com/privacy

3. โฆษณาและการวิเคราะห์

แอปนี้ ไม่มีโฆษณา และ ไม่ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ (analytics) ของบุคคลที่สาม

4. เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปออกแบบสำหรับผู้มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็ก และไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

5. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ เราจะปรับปรุงวันที่ด้านบนและเผยแพร่ฉบับใหม่ในหน้านี้

This app provides general exercise guidance for wellness only. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a doctor or physiotherapist if you have severe symptoms or an underlying condition.

1. Information the app uses

The app asks you to enter your name, age, sex, and whether you have a chronic condition, solely to display and filter appropriate exercise recommendations.

All data is used on your device only (on-device).
The app does not transmit this data to any server and does not store it permanently — it is cleared when the app is closed.
The app has no user accounts, and does not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

2. YouTube videos

Each recommendation includes an embedded YouTube video. When you play a video, Google/YouTube may collect usage data under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy

3. Ads & analytics

This app contains no ads and uses no third-party analytics.

4. Children

The app is intended for people aged 60 and over, is not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect data from children.

5. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised version here.
