On October 31, 2025, at 8:30 AM, at the Chaturomuk Pavilion, Thung Sri Mueang, Ubon Ratchathani Province, the Ubon Ratchathani Municipality held a ceremony to sign a book of condolences in front of the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother.
Mr. Chamnan Chuentha, Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, presided over the signing ceremony to express condolences. Also present were Mrs. Manthana Chuentha, President of the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Red Cross; Ms. Phisathaya Chaisongkram, Mayor of Ubon Ratchathani Municipality; along with executives, municipal council members, government officials, staff, and citizens of Ubon Ratchathani Province, who all expressed their deepest sorrow.
The Ubon Ratchathani Municipality organized a ceremony for signing a book of condolences in front of His Majesty's portrait to express loyalty and commemorate the immeasurable royal benevolence and the numerous royal duties His Majesty performed for the well-being of the Thai people throughout his life.
Furthermore, Ubon Ratchathani Municipality is also holding an exhibition showcasing the royal activities of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, during her visits to Ubon Ratchathani Province from the past, to allow the public to reflect on her immense kindness and to provide an opportunity for all citizens of Ubon Ratchathani to sign a book of condolences to express their gratitude for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, at the Chaturomuk Pavilion, Thung Sri Mueang, Ubon Ratchathani, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.Every day, from now until November 25, 2025.
