January 8, 2025 at around 3:30 p.m. The police officer of Khong Chiam Police Station was notified of a maniac at Ban Phon Phang area, Huai Yang Sub-district, Khong Chiam District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The incident was suspended by a driver and two patrol officers.
